Job summary

Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) is launching a nationwide recruitment drive for a Point of Contact Coordinator to build local partnerships and recruit participant groups for a robotics AI data collection initiative. You will coordinate project activities, manage schedules, and serve as the primary liaison with the TSMG operations team.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and independence, with remote work and occasional local meetings.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable reaching out to businesses, organizations, and community groups.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple participants and schedules.
• Baseline English with local language proficiency.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Reliable internet access and a device.
• Experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, or event coordination preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact local businesses, organizations, and community groups.
• Build and maintain relationships with community leaders and business representatives.
• Recruit groups of participants who meet project requirements.
• Explain project scope, participation process, compensation, and expectations.
• Coordinate participant schedules and ensure recording sessions are organized.
• Act as main point of contact between participants and the TSMG operations team.
• Track participant progress and maintain recruitment records.
• Provide onboarding information and documentation to participants.
• Support participant retention through regular communication.
• Report recruitment progress to the TSMG team.
