Job summary

PolyNovo is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to join our NSW Sales team. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will deliver clinical support, education and in-servicing to healthcare professionals across New South Wales, with regular travel to hospitals and clinics.

This part-time role offers remote work arrangements and requires hospital environment familiarity, strong communication, and the ability to work autonomously within a small team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Sciences and/or health science.
• Experience in hospital environment preferred.
• Strong communication, reporting and organisation.
• Proven ability to work with co-workers and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Passport, driving license, Working with Children Check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support and education to nurses, registrars and HCPs.
• Pass leads to Regional Territory Sales Managers.
• Organise and participate in trade shows and events.
• Resolve customer complaints; investigate problems and report.
• Recommend product and policy changes based on market data.
• Monitor competition and provide pricing/product data.
• Assess and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
• Provide timely business reporting in CRM.
• Inventory management and logistics support.
