PERSOL is partnering with a global medical technology company to recruit a Clinical Coordinator / Clinical Educator for NSW regions including Port Macquarie, Newcastle, Hunter New England, Maitland and Coffs Harbour. This role blends clinical expertise with education and sales support in hospital environments.

The 6-month contract (ASAP start) offers three days per week, travel across the territory, and the chance to make a tangible impact by educating healthcare professionals and supporting

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical education and product training to nurses and healthcare professionals.

• Work collaboratively with Territory Managers and internal teams.
• Provide feedback and insights from the field to support customer and business needs.
• Travel throughout the allocated territory to support hospitals and customers.

We are seeking a confident and professional Clinical Coordinator / Clinical Educator to join the team and support healthcare professionals across the Port Macquarie, Newcastle, Hunter New England, Maitland & Coffs Harbour regions.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong clinical background who enjoys educating others, building relationships and making a real impact in hospital environments.

About the Role

Working across both public and private hospitals, you will be responsible for providing clinical education, supporting product implementation and developing strong relationships with nurses, doctors and surgeons.

You will work closely with the Territory Management and broader commercial teams to support the successful rollout and ongoing use of the company's medical devices and products.

This is a 6-month contract, commencing ASAP, with the potential for extension based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical education and product training to nurses and healthcare professionals
• Support the rollout and implementation of medical devices and associated products
• Demonstrate correct product use and provide practical education within hospital environments
• Deliver reactive training and education as required
• Build strong relationships with nurses, doctors, surgeons and other healthcare professionals
• Support customer enquiries and follow up on outstanding requirements and purchase orders

About You

We are open to a range of clinical backgrounds. You may be a:

• Registered Nurse looking for a part-time opportunity

• Recent nursing graduate with strong communication and interpersonal skills
