Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a Clinical Coordinator / Clinical Educator to deliver clinical education and support the rollout of medical devices across Newcastle, Hunter New England, Maitland, Coffs Harbour and Port Macquarie regions.

The role works across both public and private hospitals, building relationships with nurses, doctors and surgeons, and collaborating with Territory Management and broader commercial teams. This is a 6-month contract commencing ASAP with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Clinical background in nursing or healthcare required.
• Experience educating healthcare professionals and conducting training.
• Willingness to travel across NSW territories and work in hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical education and product training to nurses and healthcare professionals across hospitals.
• Support rollout and implementation of medical devices and associated products.
• Demonstrate correct product use and deliver hands-on education in hospital settings.
• Respond to enquiries, manage follow-ups, and assist with account activities.
• Build and nurture relationships with nurses, doctors and surgeons; collaborate with internal teams.
• Travel across the allocated territory to support hospitals and customers.

We are seeking a confident and professional Clinical Coordinator / Clinical Educator to join the team and support healthcare professionals across the Newcastle, Hunter New England, Maitland, Coffs Harbour and Port Macquarie regions.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong clinical background who enjoys educating others, building relationships and making a real impact in hospital environments.

About the Role

Working across both public and private hospitals, you will be responsible for providing clinical education, supporting product implementation and developing strong relationships with nurses, doctors and surgeons.

You will work closely with the Territory Management and broader commercial teams to support the successful rollout and ongoing use of the company's medical devices and products.

This is a 6-month contract, commencing ASAP, with the potential for extension based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical education and product training to nurses and healthcare professionals
• Support the rollout and implementation of medical devices and associated products
• Demonstrate correct product use and provide practical education within hospital environments
• Deliver reactive training and education as required
• Build strong relationships with nurses, doctors, surgeons and other healthcare professionals
• Support customer enquiries and follow up on outstanding requirements and purchase orders
• Assist with customer and account management activities
• Work collaboratively with Territory Managers and internal teams
• Provide feedback and insights from the field to support customer and business needs
• Travel throughout the allocated territory to support hospitals and customers

About You
