Job summary

PolyNovo is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to join the NSW Sales team. This remote role involves delivering clinical support, education and in-servicing to healthcare professionals across New South Wales, with regular travel to hospitals and clinics.

The role is part-time, reporting to the National Sales Manager, and requires travel and hospital environment familiarity, strong communication, and organizational skills to support Territory Sales Managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Sciences and/or health science (e.g. Nursing, Physiotherapy, Pharmacy).
• Familiarity with hospital environments; operating room familiarity is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong reporting, documentation, and organisation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven ability to take accountability for quality and timeliness of work outputs.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.
• Autonomous work style and experience in small teams.
• Must have a valid Passport, Full Driving License and Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support, organise, and deliver regular education/inservice to nurses, registrars and other HCPs.
• Pass on potential leads to Regional Territory Sales Managers.
• Organise and participate in trade shows and customer events.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and proposing solutions.
• Recommend product/service/policy changes based on results and market intel.
• Monitor competition and provide data to the team.
• Proactively assess and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
• Provide timely business reporting and CRM updates.
• Inventory management and logistics support when needed.
