Job summary

Polynovo Limited is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to join our NSW Sales team. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you’ll deliver clinical support and in-service training to health professionals across NSW, with travel to hospitals/clinics.

The role can be part-time and remote, requiring regular visits to sites to support Territory Managers. You will organise education sessions, manage customer inquiries, and contribute to product improvements and market insights while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Sciences and/or health science.
• Experience in hospital environment is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support and in-service教育 to HCPs.
• Organise education sessions for nurses and registrars.
• Support Territory Sales Managers with leads.
• Assist at trade shows and events.
• Investigate complaints and prepare reports with recommendations.
• Monitor market developments and provide CRM reporting.
• Inventory management and logistics support when needed.
