Job summary

DLL Group in Australia is seeking a Client Services Specialist to manage life-cycle responsibilities across DLL's portfolios, delivering service excellence to internal departments, external vendor partners and end-users.

You will process requests, maintain data accuracy in InfoLease systems, handle security registrations, and support the Team Leader by maintaining strong client rapport and ensuring smooth workflow.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in banking/vendor finance/leasing in Client Services is preferred.
• Understanding of documentation, lease products, credit risks and compliance policies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures client needs and service expectations are met in a timely, responsive manner.
• Process requests on the service desk and resolve issues accurately.
• Maintain DLL's security registrations (PPSR) and data integrity.
• Maintain customer data in the InfoLease systems.
• Handle inbound queries and manage archival documents.
• Prepare and correct daily/weekly/monthly exception reports.
• Communicate with the Team Leader to manage workflow and service agreements.
• Identify and resolve issues to protect DLL, partners and customers.
• Support vendor partners with accurate reports and data.
