Job summary

DLL seeks a Client Services Specialist in Sydney to manage lifecycle responsibilities across DLL’s portfolios, delivering excellent customer experiences and maintaining high service standards. You will liaise with internal DLL departments, external vendor partners and end-users to foster loyalty and profitable growth.

Responsibilities include handling service desk requests, maintaining data on InfoLease, and ensuring compliance with policies.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Understanding of documentation, lease products, credit risks and compliance policies.
  • Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
  • Experience in banking/vendor finance/leasing in Client Services areas preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills on Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the clients’ needs and service expectations are met in a timely and responsive manner.
  • Process requests and tasks on the service desk and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain DLL’s security registrations and data integrity (PPSR) including creation, amendments, cancellation and variation.
  • Maintain customer data on InfoLease systems.
  • Handle inbound calls – queries and requests.
  • Manage original contractual documents archives.
  • Manage and correct daily/weekly/monthly exception and error reports.
  • Apply agreed business procedures to ensure compliance with company policy.
  • Maintain constant communication with the Team Leader to manage workflow and service agreements.
  • Identify and resolve problems before they impact DLL, lessor partners and customers.
  • Support vendor partners through accurate reports and customer data.
  • Undertake other operational tasks as directed by the Team Leader.

Job Description

As a Client Services Specialist, you will assist in managing all life‑cycle responsibilities over DLL’s various portfolios as it pertains to our customers. This customer‑base can be summarized into three target groups; internal DLL departments, external vendor partners and end‑users. The outcomes, services and SLA’s change dependent upon the target group, but the ultimate goal remains the same; the delivery of excellent customer experiences which promotes frequent repeat business and protects the companies best interests. This position is critical to building strong client rapport and ensuring continued profitability of the business through organic growth and referral opportunities by setting and maintaining high service standards for DLL, creating positive client experiences, and fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration. This role reports to the Team Leader – Client Services.

Day To Day
  • Ensures that the clients’ (internal and external) needs, and service expectations are met in a timely and responsive manner.
  • Process requests and tasks on the service desk and resolves issues in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Security registrations – maintenance of data integrity regarding DLL’s security registrations (PPSR). This includes creation, amendments, cancellation & variation of DLL’s security interests.
  • Maintenance of customer data on our InfoLease systems.
  • Undertaking inbound calls – queries and requests (potential)
  • Manage original contractual documents archives.
  • Manage and correct daily/weekly/monthly exception and error reports.

Your Profile
  • Working rights in Australia.
