Job summary

DLL Group in New South Wales is seeking a Client Services Specialist to manage life-cycle responsibilities across DLL’s portfolios, delivering excellent customer experiences to internal DLL departments, external vendor partners, and end-users. The role reports to the Team Leader – Client Services.

Responsibilities include handling service desk requests, maintaining PPSR data integrity, and keeping InfoLease customer data accurate.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant client services experience.
• Experience in banking/vendor finance/leasing is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently.
• Strong data accuracy and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Meet client needs and service expectations in a timely manner.
• Process requests on the service desk and resolve issues.
• Maintain DLL's security registrations (PPSR) data integrity.
• Maintain customer data in InfoLease systems.
• Handle inbound calls and manage document archives.
• Generate accurate reports for vendor partners.
