• Prioritize unread client threads, handle SLA compliance, and conduct authorized proactive outreach to clients.
• Maintain accurate, timely client notes within the system without copying personal data.
• Identify and escalate red flags, complaints, security incidents, or matters outside authorized boundaries per company compliance rules.
