DLL in Sydney is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to back our vendor, dealer, broker and direct channels. You will work with the front-line sales team to process applications, credit approvals, documentation and settlements, helping drive new business and maintain partner relationships.

The role requires 1+ year experience in sales or business support; strong customer service and communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office; and attention to detail with the ability to manage

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in sales or business support, finance, banking or administration.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• High attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel).
• Tertiary qualifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales support process: applications, credit approvals, documentation, and settlements.
• Act as the first point of contact for sales queries and provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Credit, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations) to ensure timely deal processing.
• Handle AML procedures and ensure compliance with Financial Economic Crime (FEC) requirements.
• Monitor pipelines, follow up on pending deals, and proactively manage workflow.
• Champion process improvements and digital adoption to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
