Job summary

Green Light Australia is seeking an Organisational Change Manager with transformation experience to join our team. This 8-month assignment offers mostly remote work, ideally Melbourne-based, with a daily rate of AU$800–AU$900 (inc super).

Responsibilities include developing change plans and governance, stakeholder analyses, and communications to support adoption. You will collaborate with C-suite executives, business leaders, and vendors to ensure alignment and a consistent approach across the

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading change management for large, complex environments.
• Experience guiding change within enterprise transformation programs.
• Strong background working with senior executives and C-suite stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage change across multiple vendors and partners.
• Expertise in stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, communications, training, and organizational readiness.
• Strong influencing, facilitation, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver change plans, and governance frameworks across the transformation program.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and readiness activities.
• Develop communications, engagement, and adoption plans to support successful change outcomes.
• Partner with C-suite executives, business leaders, and vendor teams to build sponsorship and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate change activities across the company and vendor and program workstreams to ensure a consistent approach.
• Monitor change risks, adoption metrics, and business readiness to support successful deployment and benefits realisation.
• Prepare executive updates, governance artefacts, and change reporting.
