Kanda is hiring a Customer Assist Specialist to support care coordination for Red Energy in Sydney. You will be the first voice for clients and families, connecting them with field staff and clinical teams to ensure timely referrals and accurate information flow.

Ideal candidates have care-service experience, familiarity with government care programs, and strong communication skills. This remote-friendly role offers ongoing support and opportunities within a growing service network.

Formación

• Experience in customer service or client relationship management within community care, aged care or disability.
• Knowledge of DVA, Support at Home, Transitional Care or NDIS frameworks desirable.
• Excellent written and spoken communication, warmth and clarity.
• Ability to manage high volumes of phone and email communication.

Responsabilidades

• Monitoring inboxes, portals and referral channels — actioning requests promptly and triaging referrals to the right coordination team.
• Liaising with clients, families, internal teams and service providers to keep information flowing and care goals on track.
• Collecting and maintaining accurate client records across electronic systems to support service planning and continuity of care.
• Verifying eligibility and coordinating welfare checks for at-risk clients.
• Escalating staff absences, incidents and operational risks to the Clinical Manager or Senior Clinical Nurse.
• Supporting field staff with documentation, equipment and consumables, and maintaining accurate handovers.
