Responsibilities

• Respond to billing inquiries and payment disputes promptly.
• Investigate failed payments and outstanding invoices.

• Identify improvements to internal tools and workflows.
• Share insights to improve billing experiences.
• Reproduce issues and create test cases where applicable.
• Collaborate with Billing Engineering to resolve concerns.
