Responsibilities

• Review online requests to change billing contacts or delivery settings.
• Match requests to the correct customer account using approved checks.
• Update permitted fields in the billing system.
• Keep a source note so the change can be understood later.
• Identify an incomplete or conflicting instruction and seek clarification.
• Send a courteous acknowledgement when the update is confirmed.
• Route invoice questions outside the administrative change to a specialist.
• Protect account and recipient information under company procedures.
