Job summary

View The Space is seeking a Billing Consultant based in Sydney to resolve complex customer billing enquiries and disputes while delivering high standards of service. You will investigate billing issues end-to-end, analysing invoices, contracts, pricing and account data to determine outcomes and communicate them clearly to customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in billing, customer resolutions, revenue analysis or similar environment.
• Strong analytical skills to interrogate data and translate findings into business outcomes.
• Understanding of billing, invoicing and account management concepts.
• Excellent Excel and Office skills; familiarity with BI/Collaboration tools.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate billing issues end-to-end and communicate outcomes to customers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Credit, Account Management, Service Delivery and Sales to resolve complex matters.
• Identify root causes of recurring issues and help improve processes and reporting.
