Quantum Behaviour is seeking a qualified Behaviour Support Practitioner to design, develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support Plans for NDIS Participants to increase their quality of life. You will work with clients and their support network to conduct assessments and develop plans that respond to individual needs.

This role is remote-friendly and ideally based in Dubbo NSW, with travel as required across Central/Central West NSW to support participant goals and wellbeing.

Qualificações

• Australian citizenship required for eligibility.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience delivering supports to people with complex behaviour needs.
• Understanding of Positive Behaviour Support principles including person-centred planning.
• Current NSW C Class Driver’s Licence, Comprehensive Care Insurance, willing to travel.
• Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain.
• NDSI Quality & Safeguards Commission Behaviour Support Practitioner registration (mandatory for contract roles).
• Commitment to CPD as per Quantum Behaviour’s procedures.
