Job summary

Quantum Behaviour are seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner to design and implement Positive Behaviour Support Plans for NDIs participants from a remote base in Australia. The role focuses on assessments, plan development and collaboration with clients and their networks.

The position offers permanent options with full-time or part-time arrangements, and travel is required in some cases with reimbursement. QBS values ongoing professional development and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, ABA, Behavioral Science, Occupational Therapy, Counselling, Disability or Social Sciences (or similar)
• Australian citizen eligibility
• Minimum 2 years’ experience delivering supports to people with complex behaviour needs
• Understanding of Positive Behaviour Support principles and person-centered planning

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support Plans for NDIs Participants
• Conduct Behavior Support Needs Assessments with clients and support networks
• Develop individualized behavior support plans and ensure implementation
• Travel as required with travel reimbursement
• Maintain CPD as per internal procedures
