Quantum Behaviour is seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner to design and implement Positive Behaviour Support Plans for NDIS participants. You will assess needs, work with clients and their networks, and develop plans that improve quality of life, following person-centered approaches.

The role requires knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support principles, willingness to travel, and adherence to CPD requirements. A NSW driver’s licence and relevant registrations are expected.

Qualificações

• Experience delivering Positive Behaviour Support plans and person-centered assessment.
• Willingness to travel and meet CPD requirements.
• Understanding of NSP/NDIS standards and behaviour support principles.
• Strong communication with clients, families and support networks.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support Plans for NDIS Participants.
• Conduct Behaviour Support Needs Assessments and monitor plan effectiveness.
• Collaborate with clients, carers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve goals.
• Maintain compliance with NDIS Quality and Safeguards and CPD requirements.
