Quantum Behaviour is seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner to design, develop, and implement Positive Behaviour Support Plans for NDIS Participants. You will work with clients and their networks to assess needs and increase quality of life, delivering person-centred supports and assessment processes from a remote location.

The role requires a tertiary qualification in relevant fields, NSW driver’s license, First Aid, and NDIS Worker Screening.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Applied Behaviour Analysis, Behavioural Science, Occupational Therapy, Counselling, Social Work, Disability or Social Sciences (or similar)
• Australian citizen eligibility for the role
• Minimum 2 years’ experience delivering supports to people with complex behaviour support needs
• Understanding of Positive Behaviour Support principles including person‑centred supports
• Current NSW C Class Driver’s Licence and Comprehensive Car Insurance
• willingness to travel as per role requirements (travel reimbursement)
• Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Quantum Behaviour CPD requirements
