Job summary

Quantum Behaviour is seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner for a remote role (ideally NSW-based) to design and implement Positive Behaviour Support Plans for NDIS participants while collaborating with families and support networks. The position emphasizes CPD, travel when required, and a strong commitment to quality of life improvements.

The role requires relevant qualification, minimum 2 years’ experience with complex behaviour support, and willingness to travel within NSW.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, ABA, behavioural science or equivalent.
• Applicants must be Australian citizens for eligibility.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience delivering supports to people with complex behaviour needs.
• Demonstrated understanding of Positive Behaviour Support and person-centered planning.
• Current NSW Driver’s Licence, Comprehensive Car Insurance, and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support Plans for NDIS participants.
• Conduct Behaviour Support Needs Assessments with clients and support networks.
• Collaborate to increase quality of life and goal achievement.
