Quantum Behaviour seeks a Behaviour Support Practitioner for a permanent role with flexible full-time/part-time options. The role is remote with candidates located in Central/Central West NSW (Parkes, Forbes, Dubbo).

Base pay $120–$134 per hour plus super, with travel reimbursements and eligibility for further checks. Responsibilities include designing and implementing Positive Behaviour Support Plans for NDIS participants, conducting needs assessments, and coordinating with client networks to

Qualificações

• Relevant tertiary qualification in psychology or related field.
• Australian citizens only to be eligible for this position
• Minimum 2 years’ experience delivering supports to people with complex behaviour support needs
• Demonstrated understanding of Positive Behaviour Support principles including person-centered supports and individualised planning
• Current NSW issued C Class Driver’s Licence, Comprehensive Care Insurance, travel as per role requirements (reimbursement)
• Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check registration with NDIS Commission (or willingness to obtain)
• Willingness to maintain CPD requirements as per internal procedures

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and implement Positive Behaviour Support Plans for NDIS Participants to increase quality of life.
• Collaborate with clients and their support network to conduct Needs Assessments and develop plans.
• Work with clients to support achievement of goals and improve quality of life.
• Travel across Central/Central West NSW as required
