Quantum Behaviour is seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner to design, develop, and implement Positive Behaviour Support Plans for NDIS Participants. You will work with clients and their support networks to conduct assessments and create plans that respond to individual needs and goals.

The role is remote-based, with preference for candidates located in Central/Central West NSW or willing to travel as required. A comprehensive benefits package and professional development support are included.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering supports to people with complex behaviour needs.
• Understanding of Positive Behaviour Support principles.
• Willingness to travel as required and obtain checks as needed.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support Plans for NDIS Participants.
• Conduct Behaviour Support Needs Assessments with clients and their networks.
• Collaborate with care teams to improve quality of life for participants.
