Lever, Inc. is seeking a part-time Admin/Business Support based in Australia to assist business development with structured outbound outreach. This role involves cold calling marketing and design agencies, setting partnerships, and creating qualified conversations for the client.

You will track calls, maintain records in Google Sheets, and adapt discussions from provided scripts. The position offers flexible contracted hours, remote work, and growth opportunities based on performance.

Qualifications

• Previous outbound cold-calling experience is required.
• Strong spoken English with professional telephone presence.
• Demonstrated ability to handle objections, build rapport, and maintain productive conversations.
• Experience managing lead tracking and outreach records.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets; HubSpot is an advantage.
• Experience with VoIP platforms, email, and calendar tools.

Responsabilités

• Conduct outbound B2B calls to branding and web-design agencies.
• Introduce partnership opportunities clearly while staying conversational.
• Follow approved scripts and adapt conversations as needed.
• Handle objections and escalate complex matters when appropriate.
• Make multiple follow-up attempts with unavailable prospects.
• Identify qualified prospects and pass opportunities to the client.
