Job summary

Culture Vitale, Melbourne-based, is seeking an experienced commission-based B2B sales freelancer to grow corporate partnerships across ANZ. You will acquire and manage major accounts, secure bookings, and build repeat business while enjoying full independence and flexible scheduling.

Remotely based with occasional client meetings; non-exclusive with optional future retainer or salaried role. You’ll work with HR, L&D, and leadership teams, selling our Sessions of Vitality that blend well-being,

Qualifications

• Sales experience (account acquisition/management) with major companies B2B/corporate
• Freelance agent commercial/sales or experienced B2B sales profile
• Based in Australia and fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage corporate decision-makers (CXO, HR, L&D, leaders)
• Introduce and sell Culture Vitale’s Sessions of Vitality
• Convert conversations into confirmed bookings
• Nurture repeat business and long‑term client relationships
• Act as a trusted first touchpoint and commercial lead in your market
