Qualifications

• Strong spoken and written English.
• Clear, confident, and professional phone communication skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Ability to engage business decision-makers and build rapport quickly.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Reliable attendance and strong time-management skills.
• Willingness to work Australian business hours/morning shift.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound B2B calls to prospective businesses in Australia.
• Introduce the company, products, or services professionally and engagingly.
• Identify and qualify potential leads based on established criteria.
• Speak with business owners, managers, and key decision-makers.
• Generate qualified leads and/or book appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects through calls and other approved communication channels.
