Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking an Apprentice & Trainee Advisor to join our head office in Victoria Park. You will support apprentices, trainees and stakeholders across the lifecycle, delivering exceptional service while ensuring compliance and funding requirements are met.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams, manage onboarding, monitor progress and assist with reporting, pay progression tracking and system updates. The role offers flexible working arrangements and a collaborative Early Careers team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of apprenticeships, traineeships, employment services or VET.
• Experience in an apprenticeships and traineeships support role.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and database systems.

Responsibilities

• Apprentice & Trainee Management - oversee onboarding to completion with ongoing support.
• Relationship Management - guide internal teams on obligations and lifecycle administration.
• Compliance & Administration - maintain records, process documentation, track pay progressions.
• Claims & Funding Administration - manage incentive claims and liaise with government bodies.
• Customer Service & Stakeholder Support - multi-channel support and process improvements.
• Continuous Improvement - share best practices and optimise processes.
