Job summary

Central Regional TAFE is seeking a Coordinator Apprentice & Trainee Success to provide targeted support, guidance and early intervention for apprentices, trainees and employers across the region. The role focuses on reducing barriers to participation and improving completion outcomes.

You will build strong relationships with employers, identify risks, and connect learners with the necessary support. Eligibility includes Australian work rights and required checks.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals to overcome barriers to participation or success.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to build productive relationships.
• Ability to identify risks to completion and connect apprentices/trainees with support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apprentice and trainee support services and early intervention across CR TAFE.
• Act as central point of contact with employers and stakeholders.
• Identify risks to completion and connect apprentices and trainees with appropriate support.
• Contribute to improved apprenticeship and traineeship outcomes.
