Qualifications

• Experience in apprenticeships and traineeships support.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of employment services or VET is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee apprentices and trainees from onboarding to completion with proactive support.
• Build relationships with internal teams and guide on obligations and lifecycle administration.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and data accuracy in records and systems.
• Manage, track, and report on incentive claims with government bodies.
• Provide multi-channel customer service and escalate complex issues.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance stakeholder experience.
