Catalyst Metals Ltd is seeking a self-motivated Appointment Generator to join our fully remote sales team in Australia. You’ll reach out to potential clients, qualify interest, and set up discovery calls for the sales team, becoming the first contact in the customer journey.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in sales, lead generation, or appointment setting, and is an excellent communicator across phone, email and chat.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, lead generation or appointment setting.
• Excellent communication across phone, email and chat.
• Results-driven with a strong work ethic and goal orientation.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and LinkedIn for outreach.
• Able to work independently in a fully remote environment in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails or LinkedIn to initiate contact.
• Set up discovery calls, demos or consultations for the sales team.
• Build rapport and understand client needs to create opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transition from outreach to closing.
