You will outreach to potential clients, schedule discovery calls or demos, and build ongoing relationships while collaborating with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from conversation to closing.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, lead generation, or appointment-setting.
• Excellent communication across phone, email, or chat.
• Results-driven with a strong work ethic.
• Able to work independently while 100% remote.
• Based in Australia and legally able to work here.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients via cold calls, emails, or LinkedIn messages.
• Set up discovery calls, demos, or consultations for the sales team.
• Build relationships by understanding client needs and initiating conversations.
• Maintain and update outreach activities in the CRM and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff from outreach to closing.
