Seek.com.au is seeking a Remote Appointment Generator to join our all-remote team in Australia. You will initiate conversations with prospective clients, schedule discovery calls, and hand opportunities to the sales team for closing.

You will build relationships, qualify needs, and maintain rigorous CRM records. The role requires at least one year in sales/lead generation, strong communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a sales, lead generation, or appointment-setting role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Results-driven with a strong work ethic and the ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Reaching out to potential clients via cold calls, emails, or LinkedIn messages.
• Set up discovery calls, demos, or consultations for the sales team.
• Build trust and understand client needs to initiate long-term relationships.
• Maintain and track outreach activity and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs from initial contact to close.
