Webuild Group is hiring a Remote Appointment Generator to connect with potential clients and set up meetings for the sales team. You will be the first point of contact, driving opportunities and shaping the early stage of client conversations.

You’ll need at least 1 year in sales, lead generation, or appointment-setting, plus strong communication skills. This fully remote role offers flexibility and collaboration across the Australian team.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, lead generation or appointment-setting (min 1 year).
• Strong communication via phone, email, or chat.
• Self-motivated and able to work remotely with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Find and contact potential clients through cold calls, email, or LinkedIn.
• Schedule discovery calls, demos or consultations for the sales team.
• Build relationships and understand client needs.
• Maintain outreach activity notes in the CRM and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs.
