Coleambally is seeking a remote Appointment Generator to join our team and help connect with new customers. You will be responsible for initiating conversations, qualifying prospects, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

As the first point of contact, you’ll build relationships, manage outreach in the CRM, and work in a target-driven environment from anywhere in Australia. This role suits extroverts who thrive on communication and results.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, lead generation, or appointment-setting.
• Strong communication across phone, email, and chat.
• Results-driven with a solid work ethic and goal orientation.
• Ability to start conversations and build relationships quickly.
• Familiar with CRM systems, LinkedIn, and email tools; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients via cold calls, emails, or LinkedIn messages.
• Set up discovery calls, demos, or consultations for the sales team.
• Build trust and understand prospect needs to foster long-term relationships.
• Maintain outreach and follow-ups in the CRM to stay organized.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs to closing.
