Seek.Com.Au is seeking a self-motivated Appointment Generator to help our sales team by reaching out to potential clients and setting up discovery calls from anywhere in Australia.

As the first point of contact, you’ll build relationships, qualify needs, and hand off opportunities to the sales team for closing, all while maintaining accurate CRM records and collaborating with teammates.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in sales, lead generation or appointment setting.
• Excellent communication on phone, email or chat.
• Results-driven with a strong work ethic to hit goals.
• Able to work remotely and independently from Australia.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients via cold calls, emails or LinkedIn messages.
• Set up discovery calls, demos or consultations for the sales team.
• Build relationships by asking the right questions and understanding needs.
• Maintain outreach and follow-ups in the CRM, keeping records organized.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs to closing.
