Factory is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to ensure customers get maximum value from our developer-centric platform. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, product management and engineering, partnering with customers to resolve architecture and performance challenges.

You will collaborate with leadership and technical teams to build scalable tools, improve diagnostics, and contribute to playbooks for deployment and operational excellence across the APAC region.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in one or more modern languages and paradigms.
• Experience administering large-scale production environments, including hardware, OS, networks, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).

Responsibilities

• Solve complex customer challenges in architecture, performance, recovery, and security.
• Serve as an advocate for customers by feeding feedback to product and engineering teams.
• Develop tools and diagnostics for performance benchmarking, diagnostics, and automation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to design scalable processes and dashboards for data-driven decisions.
