Job summary

Sidekicker is seeking a Customer Support Executive for APAC Remote with an early shift. You will help guests plan and book trips, communicate between guests and partners, and deliver exceptional service to ensure guest and partner satisfaction. The role requires experience in customer service, strong English communication, and the flexibility to work weekends.

A diving certificate is a big plus. Based in APAC time zones, you’ll operate remotely and contribute to a high-performing support team.

Qualifications

Must have prior customer service experience.
Fluent in English with clear communication, additional EU languages a plus.
Diving certificate is a big plus; travel/trip-planning familiarity desirable.

Responsibilities

Assist guests in finding, booking, and planning trips with expert guidance.
Serve as liaison between guests and partners to ensure seamless communication.
Provide information, answer inquiries, and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
Address complex inquiries and resolve complaints with effective solutions.
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the order process.
Work remotely as part of a team and collaborate to meet performance targets.
Build strong relationships with guests and partners to foster trust and loyalty.
