Gyg in Australia is seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our APAC remote team and work the early shift. You will assist guests in planning trips, answering inquiries, and coordinating with partners to ensure a seamless experience. You must be fluent in English with strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Prior travel industry exposure and scuba-diving knowledge are a plus. This role emphasizes independent remote work and meeting performance targets across the APAC

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is required.
• Desirable knowledge of scuba diving products or travel industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in finding, booking and planning trips, offering guidance based on needs.
