Job summary

Gurobi Optimization is seeking an Account Executive for Australia & New Zealand. You will own the sales strategy, build a robust pipeline, and manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals across ANZ.

The role requires a proactive, consultative approach and the ability to establish lasting executive relationships. You will collaborate with Sales, Technical Account Management, and Marketing to introduce Gurobi's optimization technology to new markets and expand existing customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in B2B SaaS sales or enterprise account management with revenue targets.
• Experience selling complex software into enterprise organizations.
• Experience engaging technical, analytics, engineering, or operations buying centers.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the ANZ sales strategy across Australia & New Zealand.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting and partner relationships.
• Identify high-value commercial and enterprise accounts and drive land-and-expand opportunities.
• Manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles with technical users and executives.
• Collaborate with sales, TAM, and marketing to ensure a superior customer experience.
