You will optimize performance, ensure accurate responses, and collaborate with product, engineering, and compliance teams in a fully remote, international environment.

This role emphasizes analyzing performance data, testing enhancements, and expanding AI capabilities across products while maintaining a customer-centric, empathetic support approach.

• Clear, empathetic writing for customer responses.
• Ability to analyze performance data and identify root causes.
• Comfort with technical configurations and engineering discussions.

Responsibilities

• Own AI support agent performance and improvement actions.
• Keep AI knowledge accessible and accurate with policy/product teams.
• Review resolutions and escalations to find recurring issues.
• Design tests and measure impact of changes on performance.
• Refine AI guidance and workflows within Intercom Fin.
• Ensure smooth transitions to human support when needed.
• Identify opportunities to expand AI support across products.
• Monitor new AI features and run experiments.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance on integrations.
• Report insights to Customer Care leadership and track actions.
