Job summary

Trustana is hiring a Customer Success Representative (AI & Data) for an Australia-based, remote role. You will guide customers through onboarding, help them optimize their product data, and demonstrate how better data improves search, content, and automation.

You will build proof-of-concept use cases, support customer workflows, and drive ongoing adoption while collaborating with product and engineering teams. This is a role with global customer exposure and growth potential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in Customer Success or similar roles in B2B SaaS
• Strong focus on onboarding, adoption, and customer outcomes
• Comfortable working with data (e.g. spreadsheets, product catalogs)
• Curious and proactive, open to exploring new tools including AI
• Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex ideas

Responsibilities

• Build simple proof-of-concept use cases to demonstrate value
• Support onboarding and help customers structure and improve their product data
• Understand customer workflows and guide them toward better usage of the platform
• Drive adoption, customer satisfaction, and ongoing usage
• Support renewals and identify growth opportunities
• Share customer insights with product and engineering teams
