Job summary

Zanda Health Pty is seeking a Customer Support/Success Agent AU to join a fully remote team in Australia. You’ll guide customers through onboarding, answer queries, and collaborate with Product, Engineering and Success colleagues to deliver exceptional service.

You’ll work with AI-powered tools, review AI responses, and help build trust, drive adoption, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential; healthcare experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support, customer success or a similar role with strong communication and problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal English with empathetic communication.
• Curious mindset and willingness to learn new technologies, including AI.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with teams.
• Healthcare or healthtech exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support across email, phone and video throughout the customer journey.
• Onboard customers, demonstrate the product and answer questions to maximize value.
• Proactively reach out to guide adoption and customer success.
• Investigate issues with Product and Engineering to resolve complex problems.
• Review AI-generated responses and apply judgement to improve reliability.
• Contribute to knowledge resources and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and other teams to maintain a positive remote culture.
