Jobgether seeks a Founder’s Associate - Product in Australia to work closely with the founders at the crossroads of product, AI, and revenue ops. You will shape strategy, translate insights into features, and drive end-to-end delivery with engineering and GTM teams.

You’ll own discovery, strategy, and execution, measuring impact with KPIs while collaborating across departments. This remote-first role offers equity and rapid growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent academic background in economics, business, industrial engineering, or related field.
• Experience in a high-growth startup, VC, or consulting environment with independent execution.
• Exceptional written communication, clear and persuasive.
• Strong curiosity and independent thinking about product management.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and take initiative.
• Interest in technology, UX/UI, user research, and product-engineering intersection.
• Experience working on a product is a plus.
• Analytical thinking using data, feedback, and insights.
• Strong organizational and collaboration skills, coordinating across teams.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a product area from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Engage with sales and Revenue Operations to understand workflows and Salesforce usage.
• Translate customer insights into clear product opportunities and decisions.
• Define AI-powered features and surface relevant information with minimal noise.
• Write product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for eng/design.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
• Define KPIs, monitor adoption, and evaluate feature performance using data.
• Gather feedback and refine product functionality and UX.
• Contribute to strategy, roadmap prioritisation, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with founders to drive customer value in product decisions.
