As the After Hours Rostering Officer, you will maintain service continuity from Friday afternoon to Monday morning by responding to urgent staff sickness, participant cancellations and roster gaps. You will make essential roster changes, record actions in AlayaCare and the afterhours

Formación

• Practical rostering experience in home care or disability services.
• Experience using AlayaCare or similar rostering systems.
• Excellent problem solving and judgement; ability to work remotely after hours.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to urgent staff sickness and participant cancellations.
• Update roster by contacting staff/clients and recording changes in AlayaCare.
• Check voicemail at 6:00 am and perform roster updates.
• Maintain records and complete Monday handovers to NSW and VIC offices.
