Job summary

National Networks Plus (NNP) is seeking a Workforce Planner - Rostering for casual shifts, with work-from-home options after training. You will coordinate rosters across Community, Aged Care and Home Care, ensuring shifts are filled promptly and accurately.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for client roster and staffing requests.
• Coordinate rosters for Community, Aged Care and Home Care services.
• Respond quickly to last-minute changes, cancellations and emergencies.
• Liaise with staff and clients via phone and email to maintain clear communication.
• Maintain professional interactions and build ongoing relationships.
• Complete handovers and documentations; escalate concerns as needed.
