Job summary

hello.de AG is seeking a dedicated Scheduler (After Hours) to support our Mid North Coast teams. You’ll handle calls, texts and emails after hours, helping ensure 24/7 care and a calm, responsive service for clients and care workers.

The role includes roster management from 5pm to 8am on a 7 day on/7 day off cycle, with full in-person training at our Port Macquarie office before you work remotely from home.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling/rostering environments.
• Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent phone and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Dovida brand with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, including after-hours support.
• Accurately capture and document information for handover to scheduling team.
• Use internal systems to log client needs and service changes with clarity.
