Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and approvals before payment.
• Maintain accounts payable records with correct GL coding.
• Monitor due dates and run payments for review and authorization.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders on invoices.
• Process staff reimbursements and corporate card transactions.
• Support month-end closing and AP reporting.
