Randstad is recruiting an Accounts Payable Officer in Victoria for a 9-month contract. You will join a close-knit finance team and report to the Accounts Payable Team Leader, handling invoices and supplier setup in a fast-paced environment.

Suitable candidates have 3+ years in AP, experience with Pronto, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel. Flexible to work from home or in the office, with proximity to parking and transit.

Formación

• 3+ years in the Accounts Payable domain.
• Experience in Pronto.
• Analytic approach, problem solving skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with large data sets on Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Entering invoices into the system.
• Processing invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner.
• Reviewing accounts payable entries to ensure data accuracy.
• Initiating new suppliers and adding them on the system.
• Investigating and reconciling creditor accounts for discrepancies.
• Managing direct debit for utilities accounts.
• Other administration & accounts duties where required.
