Responsibilities

• Process and enter up to 200 invoices per day.
• High-volume accounts payable data entry and invoice processing.
• Monitor and respond to queries via the accounts payable inbox.
• Check and match payments against accounting system data.
• Assist with basic reconciliations and identify discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate financial records and process within timeframes.
• Provide general admin support to accounts payable and finance team.
