Your In Home Rehab (YIHR) invites you to join our NSW team as an Accounts Administrator who thrives in a fully remote role. You’ll support day-to-day bookkeeping, invoicing and payroll, while keeping accurate records and ensuring smooth financial operations for our allied health services.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts administration, bookkeeping, payroll or a similar role.
• Confidence using Xero (or comparable accounting software) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent accuracy, organisation, time management and attention to detail.
• Clear, friendly communication and the ability to work independently in a remote team.
• A trustworthy, professional approach to confidential information.
• Bonus points for Halaxy, allied health, NDIS or aged care invoicing; not essential.
• Australian working rights and ability to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, processing and following up invoices, payments and outstanding accounts.
• Supporting accounts payable, contractor invoices and supplier payments.
• Completing bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Processing payroll administration and related records, as needed.
• Processing healthcare invoices and claims, including NDIS and aged care billing portals.
• Investigating billing queries and liaising with clinicians, contractors and service providers.
• Maintaining spreadsheets, reports and documentation; helping improve everyday processes.
